I have Delphi 2007 and have been using QuickReport since Delphi 4. I wanted
to begin to work with a tool that has more future. I need it simple to
learn. What would you suggest ?

If you mean a new reporting tool then i can highly recommend Fast Report.
It is also the new report tool in Delphi XE 2!

I would recommend (and use by myself) Standard, because sometimes it is
fine to use scripts inside the report. And later you can always upgrade to
Professional if you need.

I used DELPHI 7 for years and now (with a 64 bits windows) I use Delphi
Prism. Beautifull but not easy to learn !

Native Delphi is available in 64-bit too. (Delphi XE2 also generates 64-bit
binaries). While it is not 100% compatible to Delphi7 (due to the unicode
stringtype change), it is a lot more compatible than Prism afaik.

Oh, indeed. Both languages, Delphi and Oxygène (the language of Prism)
are based on Object Pascal, but they went rather different ways.
